Senior individuals or couples;

Autonomous seniors or those with a slight loss of autonomy;

Seniors active in their community.

We offer 80 quality units in Pincourt near Duhamel Road, Taillon Park and the Ottawa River. It is located at the end of Pointe-aux-Renards road.
​
Some dwellings may benefit from financial assistance resulting in a rent reduction.

Elections to the Board of Directors
​
Elections were held September 16 to name 6 resident members to the Board of Directors. See the "Our Team" page to see who was elected and what position they now hold. The 3 non-resident members (Jim Miron, Diane Boyer and Nicole Beauregard) remain on the board and will be up for election at the Annual General Assembly in the spring of 2022.

Did you know that seniors admitted to our Residence can generally terminate their lease two (2) months after sending a notice to the owner? We can provide you with the official notice form when you visit.
